Ryan Hayes

Ryan is the "corporate suit" of the company. He comes from a business background and is passionate for media strategy, mobile technology, and making things easier through technology and innovation. Ryan draws experience from public accounting, legal administration and product marketing. Ryan currently works in Strategic Business Development at Research In Motion Limited (BlackBerry) focusing in media.

Ryan graduated with a BBA spec. Accounting from Brock University in 2008 and an MBA spec. Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2009.

Stuart Dykstra

Stuart Dykstra's photograph

Stuart has a strong passion for social media. His roots are in communications having worked with Nike to strategize the creation of digital communities and develop internal platforms. He fuels himself by bringing relevant information to the right people in a forward thinking manner. Stuart has executed award winning online campaigns for Consumer Impact Marketing and managed online video brands like BrockTV from their inception to adoption.

Justin Ferrato

Justin Ferrato's portrait

Justin Ferrato is a creative thinker and a producer of online media platforms. Justin is also a producer of online video content and has since created branded content for the commercial and public sector.

Justin has attended the Canadian Film Centre's coveted Interactive Arts and Entertainment program, where he has evolved his skills, knowledge and talent within the New Media world.

His professional experience has included television shows for CTV, VisionTV, CBC and the Olympics as an associate director. He has also acted as control room director for the Royal Winter Fair, produced simulcast broadcast coverage for TedX Waterloo, and built an interactive prototype installation which will be premiering at Nuit Blanche 2010.
